Movies - What movie is this called (it has ZOMBIES in it)?!
Question: It not 28 days later, Dawn Of the Dead, or any of the Resident Evil's but it's a zombie movie, like them .. all I remeber from it was at the beginning the city was EMPY and then the old man got infected cuz blood went inside his eyes.
Also the army men had a zombie like tied up and they say they starve them to death.

That's "28 Days Later"...
The person who gets blood in his eyes is the girl's dad. He gets it from a body that's laying somewhere above, and when he looks up it drips into his eye. Also they had a black guy on some sort of a leash/chain outside and they starved him and told the main characters that he would eventually die from not having eaten anything.
the movie you are talking about, the blood that went into the old guys eyes, did it drop from a body hanging in the air? if it is, then the movie IS 28 days later. british made movie. the newer version, which is american made is called 28 WEEKS later. in the first one the survivors were a guy, a black girl and a young girl which was the daughter of the old guy. they got away from the army guys who were going to rape the two females, and they had one of THEIR army men that got the rage virus, and had him tied up outside.

The scene is when the man looks up and there's a guy who's hung up and gets blood in his eye and gets infected so he gets shot right in front of his daughter.
You say it's not 28 Days later but that's exactly what happens in that movie. Could you be confusing 28 Days Later with 28 Weeks Later which is the sequal?

It is "28 Days Later"
The "Zombies" are actually people infected with a "Rage" virus, they are not undead. The part about them starving to death in 28 days because they are not undead is where the title comes from.
