Stardust, although it is PG-13, because of some undertones such as a woman having a baby indicating that she had sex, and also there are several deaths, however, there is no nudity (although there is suggested nudity) and there is no blood shown. It is appropriate for a 12 year old and does not deserve the PG-13 rating.

Also, Hairspray is a good movie. There's no nudity, sex or adult themes. Perfect.

Yes, the game plan really was a great movie. I'm not going to be rude like any of the other commenters. I'm 13 and i've seen rated R movies, yes but I do still enjoy these types of movies they really arn't that bad. RV and over the hedge are rated PG and are really really good movies. I enjoy them a lot too, also Are we done yet, daddy day camp, and the shrek movies. If you want a list of PG movies go here http://www.gazillionmovies.com/MPAA/PG.h...

these are a bit older but really, really great:

My Girl 1&2, Now and Then, Stand By Me, The Secret Garden...i'm 20 now and i still love to watch them ;)

Ok, well, I say, Try Freedom Writers, it's a good movie, and inspirational, so the 'rents won't be on your case.
Or if you want a good musical, try Moulin Rouge, it's an awesome movie, and although there is some suggestive material, it's not over the top or anything.
Or you could try the Simpsons Movie!
