Question: Okay it's a boy in a wheelchair, and he has a small pinkish alien. I wan't to say the title has something to do with Macaroni and Cheese, but i can't find any info on it so i must be wrong, or it was all a dream.

Definitely Mac and Me. Very cheesy (no pun intended) movie from the 1980s. Bit of a rip-off on ET: The Extra-Terrestrial, but utterly awful.
