How can I tell how many frames per second a movie has?!

Question: I want to enter a movie into a competition, but it requires that there be 29.97 frames per second and be 640x480. How can I tell if my movie meets these requirements? I've tried looking in properties, but I don't see anything...

what program are you using? when you export or encode the project, you can probably set the frame rate and size of the frame at this point.

it may even be possible to export you project as avi with setting you are not too sure of and then use a program like "media cleaner" to re-encode specifications the video to your preference of frame size and rate.
