Anyone remeber the title of the movie with the "Man of the Stars"?!

Maybe Epsilon--a.k.a. Alien Visitor (1995)? A beautiful alien woman lands on Earth and lives in the Australian outback. After a while she encounters a man who tells her what planet she's on, which depresses her because Earth has a reputation for being backwards and immature. The couple learn together to experience what is best about life on Earth as they fall in love. An acclaimed sci-fi film from Australia with gorgeous cinematography. Not quite what you describe, I know.

i think the name of the movie is "star man " with Jeff bridges in it. if so, i loved that movie. hope i helped.
