Rachel Weisz Best Performance and why?!
Question: The Shape of Things.
Weisz had to play against her nature in that movie as a manipulative, cruel (and, frankly, self-hating) artist. And she did a good job of it. Seductive, smart, ultimately shallow; Weisz was excellent at revealing how her amibitions overrode her sense that she'd eventually regret very much her "art" project.
