What is your fave movie of all times?!

Question: prolly The Princess Bride is my favorite because its one of the only movies if seen that actually lives up to the book, even tho their almost completely different.
also, an old Marx brothers film from the 30's i think called Duck Soup stupid but hilarious.
and the funniest movie Ive ever seen (also from the very early 30's) was Laurel and Hardy's the Devil's Brother. an absolute riot!

Three Days of the Condor.

I have two. My first was Love Story - no doubt before your time and very old hat now. I had just met my husband - who was BF at the time - and he took me to see it. I cried so much that on the way home but we had to stop for petrol. I was still sobbing - I couldn't stop - and the petrol attendant (those were the days that someone did it for you) asked if I was okay. I think he assumed my BF/husband had abused me in some way.

The secoond, which will sound awful to say, I don't even remember the title. It was an American film with Gene Hackmen, in which his son had been taken prisoner in one of the countries that America had gone in to! Gene Hackman organised a team to try and rescue him. Being a parent with a son I somehow identified big time with his mission - no stone unturned etc. The title song to the movie was: " I believe!, which again just made me sob. I recall those as my favourites because they had a lasting impact - both extremely upsetting. I think I am just too emotional at times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (If anyone reads this and can recall the title, I would appreciate knowing it.) Thanks.

Titanic

Stand By Me! I love it!

Its a Wonderful Life

Love Actually is probably the one I can watch over and over without getting bored but I love the Harry Potter's and Pirates of the Caribbean's as well....but yeah I'm gonna go with Love Actually.
