All you do is hear her gag but I'm a very, very squeamish person and I saw it and it was nothing. She pretty much just coughs. And you don't see anything. It's about half a second long, and its really funny. Nothing gross about it. :)

When she pukes, all you can see is that she hides most of her face into the vase... you can't even see her mouth. She makes a gagging sound though, but its not like really gross. The scene only lasts a few seconds anyway. Enjoy the movie!
