Name of a movie, the prodigy did the song 'voodoo people' for it?!

I found this: "Voodoo People" and "One Love" appear in the soundtrack of the movie "Hackers" and also in the French movies "Wasabi" and "Dobermann". Those are the only references so far.
I'm going to try to track down more information. Probably someone else will know the title right away.
EDIT: I had all of the "Dobermann" info in my post then deleted it because it didn't mention such a chase definitely! Now, I'll go ahead and restore the information. I simply wasn't certain about it since I haven't seen it yet.

I knew that scene didn't happen in "Hackers", but I couldn't find much information about the two French films though "Dobermann" sounded like the likeliest candidate. So, that's two votes for this film: one from someone who hasn't seen it and one from someone who obviously has.
Dobermann seems to fit the movie description the most. Here is a link to all the movies Prodigy has had music in though. That might help the most.
