Movie about children being cloned? Can't think of the title.?!

Question: This was made in the 1990's, I guess, and maybe was a TV movie.

There's this couple, and I think their kid either dies or gets kidnapped. Then someone sends them a picture showing an identical boy. They track him down, and at the end of the movie there is a confrontation with the doctor who apparently made dozens or even hundreds of clones of this little boy.

Any ideas about this movie's title?

It sounds like Cloned. It's a 1997 TV movie.

Summary:

In the year 2008, a married couple is distraught over losing their 8 year old son in a boating accident. However, when the mother suddenly sees another child who looks identical to her dead child, the Mother investigates the fertility clinic who aided her with her pregnancy and discovers that they cloned her child in an experiment dubbed "Baby 2000". She also discovers that they still have the genes to develop another child for them and faces the question of whether the couple wants another identical child.

There is a movie like that with Robert DeNiro and Greg Kinear, and the clone of the boy winds up being evil. It came out in the 2000's though, and I dont remember the name of it. You could look it up on yahoo movies.

godsend (with robert dinero)

After their young son, Adam (Bright), is killed in an accident, a couple (Kinnear, Romijn-Stamos) approach an expert (De Niro) in stem cell research about bringing him back to life through an experimental and illegal cloning and regeneration process. When Adam comes back to them, however, he's.. different...

Maybe "Artificial Intelligence: A.I." (2001). In this futuristic fairy tale, "David", a highly-advanced robotic boy, hopes to become a real boy so that he can win back the affection of the human mother who abandoned him. Like Pinocchio, he goes on a long journey hoping to find his "Blue Fairy," who can make his dreams come true. David was adopted by a couple who's real son was in a coma (I think) but recovered. Later, David learns that he is one of MANY clones and in the end searches out the doctor who cloned him in the image of his own son. Haley Joel Osment plays David and William Hurt plays Professor Hobby.
"Godsend" came out in 2004, not all that long ago.
A married couple (Greg Kinnear and Rebecca Romijn-Stamos) turn to a doctor (Robert De Niro) who has developed a new cloning technology to replace their recently deceased 8-year-old son.

is it A.I. Artificial Intelligence??? that's the only one I can think of
