I'm a HUGE fan of Mallrats and Clerks, but not of Kevin Smith. He is a great director but he controls his image too much. He pretends to be this self-depricating guy that's really good at making movie and laughing at himself, but he sues anyone who talks about his without his written approval (at least 5 radio personalities) and then goes out of his way to talk badly about "the media." I'm just not a fan of him.

I thought Dogma was pretty good, Mallrats will always hold a special place in my heart.
