Well go to download.com, they have a ton of Zune Converters that allow you to convert video files to zune format.
Just type in Zune Video Converter. If you want to download music videos or something, you would have to buy them I think on itunes. Personally, I bought a camera that plugs in my tv, and I record videos from my tv.
