We discussed this in a Psychology lecture once. Jamie Lee Curtis has androgyny sensitivity. It is to my understanding that she has the genetic code of a male, but her body developed as a female in the womb due to an abundance of estrogen. She does have a vagina, and she is not a "chick with a dick". However, her DNA states she was supposed to be a boy at conception. I am uncertain if her internal female organs function or are all there.

I heard no such news.

Jamie Lee Curtis was INDEED born without female reproductive organs (ovaries, uterus)-----this is the reason she had to adopt.
It's also the reason she looks so trim and fit in her movie PERFECT.
They put out publicity on this years ago---I'm sure it will show up if you "google" her name?

No she's not

There is no proof out that it is true, although several pseudo-academic sources just state it outright without any kind of reference or proof. Both urbanlegends.about.com and snopes are unaware of definitive proof and folklore enthusiasts would certainly have ferreted out any publicly available proof if it was there.

From about.com:
'Which leaves us, at the end of our investigation, in the same place we started: face-to-face with an unsubstantiated rumor. Twenty-odd years of hearsay later, there is simply no evidence to support it. Any honest appraisal of the facts, I believe, must arrive at the same conclusion reached by L.A. Exposed author Paul Young, to wit, "the rumor that Curtis suffers from AIS (Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome) has never been proven and is almost certainly false."'
