It's definitely between the Dark Knight and Indy. I think that in normal circumstances Indy would win, especially globally, but due to the interest around Heath Ledgers death the Dark Knight might just edge it.
I think it's a shame that this is the case. Both movies look really entertaining, and its sad that Ledgers death may be the deciding factor.

I think The Dark Knight will rule the summer. Indy could compete with it, but I think there is so much hype for it that it will surpass all of the other movies

Whichever movies does probably won't live up to all the hype. These movies rarely do.
Look at those god awful Star Wars prequels. Yikes! George "Toy Boy" Lucas sure ruined what used to be a great villain.
Indiana Jones IV
I think it will be a toss up between Sex and the City, Indiana Jones, and The Dark Knight. As for top grossing for an opening weekend, I would say the Indiana Jones and Dark Knight movies are probably the most anticipated, but with Heath Ledger's death and the fact that he is playing the joker, I'll bet that one wins out. Although, that Sex and the City movie has an awful lot of hype around it...
As far as top grossing of the summer, my money's on Indiana Jones.
