I don't know any sites for movies but I would just go to ABC or CBS or FOX .com they have all the TV show episodes online...
www.joox.net its not the best bnut it is got up to date movies and there good quality there are one or two that may not be the best quality but it is still good and it is the best one since tv-links. i loved tv links too it was great and it had everything but i havent found one as good as that yet so i hope this helps
