You've got some great answers here!

I agree about Hannibal Lecter -- he was a deliciously intriguing genius. It is probably one of the greatest roles ever to hit the screen. "Silence of the Lambs" is a masterpiece, and it follows the book so well!

I too thought Dorian Gray in "A League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" was amazing -- a young, handsome man as part of the extraordinary group -- it was hard to pick him up as the true villain he was.

Darth Vader from Star Wars -- that's a villain who will live in infamy, yet die reclaimed.

Anthony Perkins (as Norman Bates) in Psycho; it has been said that Janet Leigh never took a shower again. Her death is such an impactful scene that showing a shower and shower curtain in a movie tend to make one wonder.

Dracula, in any form, always causes chills.

Jack Nicholson - REDRUM - The Shining. Terrifying to see that ax breaking the door down.

Darth Vader!

Hannibal Lector
Francis Dollarhyde

Darth maul (star wars) he kicks ***

Probably John from Saw

JOKER. all time. from BATMAN.

voldemort from the harry potter movies. draco too but only cuz he's so damn sexi

Um id have to say Sarah Michelle Gellar's character Catherine in the movie Cruel Intentions...shes just so evil to her own stepbrother! I love that movie :)

Megatron of the Decepticons from the movie Transformers!

Darth Vader, the traitor from SWAT and Frank from Donnie Darko.

Hannibal Lector

I think mine is Norman Bates from the shocker Psycho. I don't really like him. I don't think it's good to glorify villains, but he's the first one to pop into my mind.

I've always liked "Captain Barbossa" from Pirates of the Caribbean... although he was like a bad guy turned good... even in the first one, when he was bad, I liked him! :)

Darth Vader! Omg He use to scar the sh*t out of me!

"No, I am your father!.."
Oh it never gets old!
=)

David Carradian in Kill Bill, and have to agree with Darth Vader wicked man that one
agree's with the joker man Jack pulled it off nicely it was awesome. Can't wait to see how Heath did

Geoffery Rush as "Barbosa" in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl.

He was the next best thing after johnny Depp in the trilogy.

tyler durdan in fight club

Anthony Hopkins. Silence of the Lambs.

Magneto from X-Men.

2pac Juice
Al Pacino Scarface

A guy who can kill you in your dream,

it Got to be Freddy Cagier

Darth Vader from Empire Strikes Back. Baddest
Joaquin Phoenix from Gladiator. Biggest punk
Captain Spaulding from Devils Rejects. Coolest

WOW! That's a toughy! There are so many!

But I think that:
Jack Nicholson as the Joker in "Batman" and in "The Shining"!

Dr Evil from austin powers

Voldemort and Hannibal.

Michael Meyers from Haloween

Quint, in an older really scary film shot in b&w, in about 1952 entitled, "The Innocents"......if you can find it, it's worth seeing, but don't see it by yourself......

Lord Voldemort, from the HP movies, and Darth Maul from Star Wars.

Elle Drive from Kill Bill
----------Wicked woman------------

John Travoka (Sp??) He played in Grease too.

Benedict from "Last Action Hero"(1993). He has no conscience and he's a total bad ***. He's a straight up killer and I loved to hate him.
