Halo 3 the movie is still in production(if it continues, it was previously halted) Halo3 hasnt even made it to theatres yet, so most likly out on DVD should be somtime in later 2009 if all goes according to plan.

there isnt a halo 3 movie
and there wont be a Halo 1 movie either
according to multiple articles on more web sites then i can list,
two teams of designers were trying to work together to make it and failed.
it was officialy canceled in november.
