Question: One of the lady's in our quilting circle let us watch a film about major league baseball. The title was "The Champions of FaitH"
It was a very touchy film. I had not heard of this;
Has anyone seen this before and was it or will it be at the movies?

Champions of Faith went straight to DVD when it came out in March of 2007, so unfortunately you wouldn't have found it as the feature in any theaters. However, local schools, churches, parishes, and other groups are renting theaters to show the film, and you might be able to catch a showing in your area! You can go to www.championsoffaith.com/events to stay current on Champions of Faith happenings around the country.
A lot of the players in the film and the executive producers are also traveling the country and speaking at the events that people have set up.
It's very important that people step up and support films like this so more can be created.

If you watched a film in your quilting circle, then it had to be on video or DVD, and therefore is not out at the theaters.
They don't put movies like that out in theaters anyway.

I've lost interest in Pro Sports because of the bad press.
I thought that all pro atheletes were up to no good.
A friend of mine asked me over to watch this and I was never so moved. It's excellent!
Should be mandatory for all kids in sports.
I would recommend it to anyone.
