It's my 1st time to use torrent,can anyone give me instruction or guide how !
Question: second answer got it pretty much right but heres my guide . . . . .
1. download utorrent from utorrent.com & then install
2. head over to mininova.com & look for whatever you are looking for (i would register cause then you can fix it up so that you dont download stuff that need registration) if you cant find it there then head down to torrentz.com but the problem w/ is that you need a lil bit of knowledge so that you know what youre dowloading is not a virus or something else.
3. check the seeds & leechers (the higher the seeds, the faster the download)
4. when you click on the program/movie you want to dl just click on "download torrent" & click on open. then utorrent should pop up automatically & click ok.
5. download winrar & you should be able extract or unzip which ever file you download.
6. when utorrent is open there is an icon on the bottom right corner. right click & click on upload limit & configure to whatever connection you have. i have dsl & have it at 20 kbs & it works perfect. tweak it & see whatever works for you. also make sure download limit is on unlimited. . . . . thats pretty much it.

firstly you need a program to download the torrent for you, i use bitlord, its free and has great torrents. From there all you need to do is find a torrent on the internet and open the file with bitlord. Alternatively you can use the web feature on bitlord to find the torrent you want
utorrent.com<--downloads the torrent
rlslog.net<--- tells u about the newly released torrent
vcdquality.com<---gives you ratings on quality
newtorrents.info<---no fake torrents or viruses
winrar<---program that gets the movie file from the .rar files
