The writers for Psych probably are, but the USA network announced that enough episodes were completed to finish the season.
So, after this season is over, the show, along with Monk, will probably go on a brief hiatus (which depends on how long the strike lasts).
It's a shame, though, isn't it? Psych is a hilarious and under-rated show.
All of the writers for all of the shows are on strike right now. (They are all union members--WGA)
