i think it was the lion king or something disney style. butch cassidy and the sundance kid is one of my all time faves coincidentally

Jungle book for my communion day treat. Mogli starred in it and Baloo the bear. My little bag with the few bob I had got as presents was stolen there. Still remember the film and the bag.
The Sound Of Music. Julie Andrews, Christopher Plummer and a bunch of german kids! I still can sing every song from that film.....

50 years is a long time to remember my first film,Saturday mornings 6d to get in ,Free toffee,Free ice cream.It would have been an old black and white film.Probably a comedy.
I can't remember the first, but I do remember going to see "Aladin" and "The Lion King" quite vividly when they came out in the theaters. I was about 8 or 9 at the time one of them came out.

Mine was The Lion King... I remember wearing a pink dress and uncomfy shoes, and the bit at the beginning - where the mouse is scurrying around, and then Scarface slams his paw on it -made me jump.
