How about the movie "Underworld"? It has both in it. It's about a longtime war between vampires and werewolves. It has a rather "dark" feel all the way through, but it is definitely worth watching.

"Underworld" (1 and 2) sucks
"Queen of the damned" is very far from the Ann Rice's book, which is very much better

Not really sure about vampire movies (other than those already mentioned), but my 2 favorite werewolf movies are The Howling & Wolfen. Two VERY great movies!

Interview With The Vampire is the best. However, its 'sequel' Queen of the Damned is utter crap. Its beyond awful and not at all like the book whatsoever.
