I wasn't exactly sure either, I only saw the movie once last Friday.
But I found a site so I've been watching it online (for your question and because I LOVE Juno) and it comes on after her ultrasound. She's looking at the picture of the baby and then drives to Mark and Vanessa's to show them the picture. It's about 40 minutes into the movie.

I'm not sure, but I do know that the soundtrack is in order. As in the same order as it appears on the movie. I think it's track 4 or 5. . . So, it's more towards the beginning, maybe close to the middle.
