Did any one else get sick/motion sickness while watching the new movie cloverfie!

You didn't miss much. The movie was pretty bad. Word of mouth caused it to drop off 72% from opening weekend which is almost unheard of.
There were a lot of reports of people feeling sick from the movie. I saw it myself and would NEVER advise someone with motion sickness to see it.

We planned ahead and sat in the back row, so it wasn't as bad, but it was still really annoying, and after putting up with all that, the story sucked too!!

i read an article in the news paper about how many reported cases of motion sickness and vomiting there were after seeing cloverfield, there were tons! personally, i get motion sickness VERY easily, almost whenever i get in the car. I got a little dizzy at the beginning, but i actually got used to the filming after a while and was fine!

I stayed through to the end, and felt kinda woozy walking out. It makes a difference watching it on a big screen, where your eyes don't see much else. Watching it on a small TV screen wouldn't be the same effect.
I didn't find it that bad. After the first five minutes, I got used to it.
