Question: There's this actor I've been a fan of for a long long time. I think he's a little cute, but thats not important to me. I just feel that he's a very interesting guy with a very interesting life. But now, he got in a movie that is going to theatres across the world called "City of Ember".
I wish I could get to know him. I am in contact with his older brother. I just know that in a couple months, girls will be drooling over him like they do Zac Efron (shuddders) and I want to get my foot in first, so to speak. Any advice?

yah talk to his brother and see when the next time he will be on this side of the pond is and get your foot in.
if u know his brother then just have him set you two up on a blind date and go from there.
