Punisher 2 without Thomas Jane????!
Question: yup. no Thomas Jane in war journal. it is not a sequel, though. it has nothing to do with the Jane film. at first, i didn't like the idea, but after seeing some stills from the movie, i think they just might have made the right choice aside from the fact that in one of the pics, the new guy looks like Steven Segal, but it isn't. a lot of people are mad that Jane will not be in it, but a lot of people were mad when Jane was cast in the first place.
oh, the reason jane bowed out, was creative differences. jane wanted to go in a different direction than the film makers.

right after the first I saw him in interviews saying he'd be back for 2, but a few mos back i did hear rumors that he was bowing out, never heard a reason, so didnt put much stock into it
