What part of the plot of Cloverfield did they want to prevent leaking?!
Question: Ok so I just saw Cloverfield and I'm wondering what they were trying to prevent from leaking. I know the exact same about the plot after watching the movie as I did watching the preview. I wish I had known before that having seen the trailer makes seeing the movie pointless, since the movie tells you nothing that you didn't know from seeing the trailer. So what the hell was the big secret? This was just Godzilla/War of the Worlds/Every other disaster movie only with a shakier camera and less plot...what do people like about this piece of trash?
