R. There was a prolonged montage that made it R. Also, Dan Fogler's character (Charlie's best friend) was incredibly dirty, so that didn't help either.

it was rated r cuz there were some sex in there, it looked more like porn to me cuz there was way 2 much sex.
Certainly R, and I thought it was a terrible movie. A perfect example of raunch not being funny.
