Desperate housewives: susan myers, isn't mike better than ian? a lot better?!
Question: Well, technically Ian is better than Mike. Ian is wealthly and was a bit of a 'Prince Charming' whilst Susan was dating him. He was very generous, and very supportive through all the trouble she went with with Julie and Edie's son (whose name escapes me). Mike is an ex-convict, and a murderer, with an estranged son who is a bit crazy. On paper, you'd go for Ian.
However, I always felt the connection between Susan and Mike was much better than her and Ian. It was as if Susan felt that Ian was a great guy, so she should stick with him, but in her heart she knew he wasn't right for her.
And let's face it - Mike is much hotter too. ;)
