A fan film maybe with some clever editing, but LETHAL WEAPON is a Warner Brothers franchise, while DIE HARD is Fox, so an official film is unlikely to ever happen, and at Gibson and Willis' age, it's probably for the best that they don't.

It would be more likely to see them working together as they are both "good guys". I don't think they'd make a great aoir though. they both are renegades and it is usually better to match up a renegade with a more straight-arrow character for contrast.
