Jodie Foster movie -- help?!
Question: This must have been from the early 80s. I only caught one scene, which appeared to be from near the end. Jodie's character is in a hospital ER, and her friend, a young woman, has (I think) just been in a car accident. The friend is in rough shape, starts to aspirate blood into her oxygen mask, and then expires as Jodie looks on helpless. It was a very moving, awful scene, and it's stuck with me, but I have no idea what film it's from.
