although, you can't beat the original
Original hands down! The remake was a slap in the face to not just the "Halloween" name but to the horror genre in general. Rob Zombie can take his stupid white trash characters and shove it. I can sit here and list everything that's wrong with the movie but I don't have the energy, nor do I want to waste anymore time talking about such a crappy movie.

the original John Carpenter is the best. Rob Zombie's rendition was okay. I thought it was overly gruesome and they used the word "f*ck" too much!
rob zombie remake was awesome and it followed the story of the original exactly the same, except the beginning it showed how his life was and how it turned him into what he is
They both suck
