That's really tough. The Bourne movies are at the top of my favorites list but who knows if there would be a big screen version of Jason Bourne without James Bond. I would say Bourne though, more instinct and use of things handy to him.
In honor of my friend who is the worlds biggest bond fan- Bond, only because he has Q and at least his company isn't trying to kill him all the time.
