Movie I cannot recall.....?!

Question: Okay, I'm looking for a movie that was probably made around the 60's. One of the lead actors is male and british. He owns some kind of boat (fishing or freight). Movie takes place during World War II. This captain somehow avoids a torpedo attack by a German submarine and that same torpedo winds up on a nearby shore, unexploded. This captain is intent on blowing up the sub! The captain retrieves the unblown torpedo from shore, hooks it up to his ships crane, and lifts up the torpedo. He starts to actively find the german sub which is now submerged. He finds the general area where the german sub has submerged and stops to look into and around the water where he believes the sub to be hiding (submerged). He sees some bubbles arise from the sea, knows the german sub is just below him and releases the torpedo from his crane into the water below. German sub takes a hit from that torpedo and the resulting explosion takes both vessels into the sea. What is this flipping movie???????

It was Murphy's War, with Peter O'toole. You can google the title and get the info.

The African Queen (1951)??
In Africa during WW1, a gin-swilling riverboat owner/captain (played by Humphrey Bogart) is persuaded by a strait-laced missionary (Katharine Hepburn) to use his boat to attack an enemy warship. September 1914, news reaches the colony of German Eastern Africa that its motherland is at war, so Reverend Samuel Sayer became a hostile foreigner; German imperial troops burn down his mission, driving him mad. Shortly thereafter, his well-educated, snooty sister Rose Sayer buries him and leaves by the only available transport, the crummy river steamboat the 'African Queen' navigated by a grumpy boorish compatriot Charlie Allnut. As if a long difficult journey without any comfort weren't bad enough for such odd companions, she is determined to find a way to do their bit for the BRITISH war effort (and revenge her brother): They construct their own equipment, a TORPEDO and the converted steamboat, to take out a huge GERMAN warship, the Louisa, which is hard to find on the giant lake and first of all to reach, in fact as daunting an expedition, but she presses 'till Charlie accepts to steam up the Ulana, about to brave a German fort, raging rapids, very bloodthirsty parasites and the endlessly branching stream which seems to go nowhere but impenetrable swamps... Despite fierce rows and moral antagonism between the two bachelors, they grow closer to each other during their mutual quest.

Under Seige 1, Steven Segal is the boat man. He can drop torpedos on the submarines of all the countries in one shot
