Question: ...I'm looking for a supernatually possessed cloak, which turns the wearer into a vampire.....well, actually, I'm looking for an old movie, the story of which deals with a supernaturally possessed cloak, which turns it's wearer into a vampire.....but I wouldn't mind having the former request happen (...might actually come in handy!!!)...

...sorry, I can't help you out, with regards to the cloak; I lost mine, years ago (...all I can say, never wash an evil and possessed cloak in All-Temperature Cheer!!!). However, I can help, with regards to the movie, which you're looking for. What you describe sound like something not unlike one of the segments in the 1970 horror anthology, "The House That Dripped Blood", starring Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee and Jon Pertree...
