No. They filmed the entire season over the course of two weeks back in December. The first week was the events for the preliminary shows, which they filmed by event, not by show. For Example: they filmed all of the Hang Toughs for the preliminary round at once. This also explains Militia's injury in Hang Tough in Episode 1. Militia hurt his arm in Earthquake at an earlier taping and re-injured the arm during the Hang Tough filming.
The second week was the Semi-Finals and Finals.
