What movie is better The Ring or The Grudge?!

I liked the ring better, I thought the grudge was pathetic and that the growling noises mad it almost comical...IMHO
I'll go for The Ring because it has a more impressive atmosphere, story, scare factor and CGI. Both of these films are drop dead scary though. I think 30 Days of Night is scarier than these two. Why don't you guys watch Alien vs. Predator 2 - Requiem?! It is so cool!
I enjoy both AND their sequels, but I like "The Ring" the best. The sequel is rather good, too. I think they did a wonderful job of creating horror without gore, remaining at the PG13 level!
With "The Ring", I found the story of Samara intriguing. It kept me thinking about it and anxious to view it again.
i didn't like both of them but the ring is scarier :)
