yeahh he died on the bridge. When he was talking to his mom he said 'mom, jasons dead' and starts to cryy. Thats why he was sadd.

Yes his brother died on the bridge. I think he was upset talking to his mom because he knew he was going to die. He gets really upset and you can hear him telling his mom that he was evacuated out of the city and that he was safe.
