The second disc has a lot of featurettes, a hugh section on desinging things for the movie, like the Singapore set, the rotating map, the cursed crew. Plus, the world of Chow Ynn-fat, a variety o deleted sceneshow they pulled off the special effects for certain scenes, hans Zimmer and his music and the Brethern Court.
For me, the difference in price from the single to the double was $5
A full disc of extra features and behind-the-scenes material - you know, stuff you wouldn't usually watch if you're not a particularly big fan.
