the filming style and ending was epic. it wasnt like every other movie.
Some gore and language, no sex or anything.
This was the worst movie I have ever seen, it was too shakey and extremley boring. It gave me a headache and made me feel ill.
not as great as i expected. i went to see it with high expectations and i came out mad that i wasted it on that movie.
well i loved the movie! i think that they made too much hype about it and that's why some people don't like it but to me it was freakin' awesome! and like the other's said there isn't any nudity of drug use and stuff like that. you should definitely go see it, but get over the hype first becuz it will ruin it for you.
Great movie! My husband and I really enjoyed it. We were afraid that we would be disapointed, but we weren't.
I was very surprised (and pleased) that there was no swearing, drug use, sexual content, or nudity in the movie. There's only one small hint of nudity in the beginning, but you don't even see anything. All you see is an arm.
This is just my opinion, of course, but it's either people really like d it or they didn't like it at all. When I went to watch it with my friends, we all agreed that we didn't like it. There are several reasons for this. For one, the storyline wasn't that original... It's just some monster attacking New York City (Seen something similar before? King Kong? Godzilla?) Second, I thought the ending was terrible. It ended very, very, very abruptly. As soon as it ended and the credits started scrolling, I was like... "Whoa, wait... It's over??" I must admit, though, I liked how the director pictured his portrayal of the movie... Through a video camera. Yup, the whole movie. This was very clever and creative, because people could feel like they were inside all the action. HOWEVER, as any good thing comes, something bad comes with it. As creative as this particular idea of showing the whole movie through a video camera sounds, the director gave absolutely no thought to people who get seizures. If you easily get motion sick or have seizures, DO NOT watch the movie. As I said, the entire movie is one big video camera recording, held by someone actually in the action. This means they were running and jumping through all the action.... with the camera (bumpiness, jerkiness of the movement and all). I think the movie poster should have had a warning on it, or something.
Overall, I'd give this movie a 5 or 6 out of 10. Nope, no drugs except maybe a cigarette near the beginning and people drinking (normal amounts). There is no sexual content or nudity, but maybe some language from the horrified people running around. There is however, some graphic content involving blood and such, so watch out for those parts.
Anyway, that's my opinion of the movie. I hope this helps!
