Question: I recently saw this movie again and I must say its my favorite movie. Now yes yes you may say its just like other Hollywood happy ending movies, but it was just perfect when will because He Had to Go See About a Girl... because that's all its about. Here's this kid who was abused growing up by his foster parents and lives in the slums and yet is just very intelligent and can become anything he wants, once he accepts that its not his fault that other people are vile disgusting scum and treated him how they did, but just when he lands that great job to use his great gift, he leaves it all behind because he realizes the only important thing is love. It doesnt matter that he goes to MIT or Harvard or work that job, its about being with the one you love. And we end with the most fitting happy song, afternoon delight. So anyways, lol did you also like this movie?

I loved it. and yes, I agree, what does Harvard or MIT mean when you're gonna end up unhappy and depressed. At the end, it showed the HUMAN side of us. That there Are more important things in life than a good job and education.

I like this movie a lot too. He was able to realize all the potential he had, but refused being enslaved to a school or a high paying job.

It sucked, it was so mushy and over the top.
I got bored after watching a few minutes of it so I didn't see the ending.
