I couldn't figure that out either I thought it was pointless and boring.
Maybe I will try watching it again to see if I missed something.
I liked it when KK got wet, thats about it.
cos keira knightly is in it pwooor
because it had the same actors that usually do the same crap period romance movies
lol hated it!- didnt even watch it all lol.
my mom saw it and said it had no point to it, plus the two main characters died.
The actors were amazing and Keira Knightly and James Mcavoy had great on screen chemistry. the way they directed it going back and forth with peoples different views was very good. It is one of my favorite movies now and I loved it
