I think The Witches, Matilda, The Wizard of Oz, Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporeum, Catweazle (though that was a tv series), Charlie and The Chocolate Factory (maybe not exactly magic, but Willy Wonka is a bit of a magician), Honey I Shrunk the Kids (sort of), Mrs Doubtfire (not actually magic, but has that feel about it), A Christmas Carol and Fanstasia.
