she takes a step back and realizes everything she did was wrong, and her spinning on the thing shows how much like a kid she is/really wants to be.
That's what it looks like from the movie and I think what they were trying to imply.When she woke up from the nap with her mom she had a look on her face like a revelation.She seemed different.This is coupled with the fact that the movie was based on Nikki Reed's life.She's obviously doing alot better.It's just implied that Tracy takes a turn for the better.
yes.. i think when she saw how upset her mom was she realized that she didn't need to hurt her mom anymore and that she needed to stop everything bad that she was doing
