it happens at the same time as the third one. there is an autopsy of jigsaw at the beginning, which is shown out of order just to prove jigsaw is in fact, dead.
dont ruin it for yourself, you should watch it, its really good.
watch the first 3 and pay attention youll appreciate the 4th that much more.
