I have seen both! And let me just telll you both are ustanding movies but i will give my pro's and con's for both.
One Missed call-great horror movie has great actors and scripted very well to tell the story..Cons-Not that long and some parts may be missunderstood eaisly or confusing
The orphanage-Great movie with very scary suprises and ausome action in it....Cons.Very poor filming and many things maybe boring at times

Anything by del Toro is good.
It really isnt that easy because they are both really good horror films however, one missed call was a bit better because of all the gore and bloodshed, & no im not Goth or anything its just that those are what people look for in horror flicks.
