JUNO: what did the yellow note to vanessa say?!

I looked up the script:
Juno finds a yellow piece of paper in her car to quickly write a note on, and hand delivers it to Mark and Vanessa's front door--ringing the doorbell and departing before they can answer the door.
Mark: "It looks like a bill from Jiffy-Lube".
Vanessa takes the paper from his hand and turns it over, examining it.
Vanessa: "It's for me".
The note read: "Vanessa--If you're still in, I'm still in". In other words, Juno was still committed to giving Vanessa the baby once it was born--whether she was still married to Mark or not.
Vanessa later frames the note. Great movie, huh?
