Sorry, but you probably can't. Tickets to movie premieres are usually restricted to the stars, the film-makers, their business partners and their friends and family.
With a small premiere, they sometimes give out tickets to the public to help fill the empty seats in the theatre. But the Harry Potter films are enormously popular. Virtually every star wants to go to them because his (or her) kids are nagging them to go along. So seats will be scarce.
Your only hope would be a charity auction, which sometimes happen, but the tickets then would probably be prohibitively expensive.
Of course, it doesn't cost anything to stand across the street and watch the stars arrive on the red carpet. Just get there early to beat the crowds.
