Question: it was on a couple days ago. it was like this blonde guy with glasses was in this old blue bug car with this lady with a big nose and blue eyes that was driving the car really crazy, and they both had werid big hats on and were in a car chase with liek 3 other cars because someone had the wrong plaid suitcase, and then they drove the blue bug car right into the ocean, then they all went to court. and the guy was liek this kinda geeky guy with liek metamorphic rocks or somthin and the lady that was driving the car would liek follow him around and call him the wrong name and everywhere they went trouble would happen. what the HECK movie is this?

It might be one of the old "Herbie" movies from Disney. I think the first one was called The Love Bug.
