guess what I seen both. okay there isnt too much different. but in the regular one when Michael escapes he kills a ton of police officers and shows it. then in the unrated one, this guy who works at the Mental instutution is messing around with this new girl and they go in MIchaels room and rape this girl, and michael kills both these guys and escapes. doesnt show him kill the cops but he does. thats the only difference I really noticed in the movie.
has stuff that was cut out for the r rated version.
i only saw the regular version,,,good movie tho
The unrated version probably has a lot more gore.
